One thing I learned during a recent discussion with some of my girlfriends is that when it comes to family dinner, their go-to is most definitely chicken! I cook chicken sometimes, but our conversation was a good reminder that many pick it over other meat options on the regular. So, for all those chicken fans out there, I thought it would be fun to share a collection of my favorite ways to make it at our house.

How loyal are you to chicken when it comes to choosing meat for dinner?

Sponsor Shoutout: SVO Farmer Focus Chicken

We’re partnering with SVO Farmer Focus organic chicken this year, and what we like about their company (other than the fact that their chicken is organic!) is their focus on the farmer and investment in the process, which means better working conditions, and in the end, a better product. Plus, their operation is 100% organic from start to finish—something that most other chicken companies don’t always do. I love how much more accessible organic chicken is becoming at even mainstream grocery stores nowadays. Whenever I’m in a pinch and need to grab some at the last minute for a recipe, I’ve been going for SVO Farmer Focus and have been very happy with the outcome!
